By accessing or using Layer7 AI's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Layer7 AI provides AI consulting, custom AI agent development, chatbot implementation, voice agent deployment, and workflow automation services. Specific deliverables will be outlined in individual service agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely access to necessary systems, data, and personnel for service delivery. Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of custom AI systems built specifically for them. Layer7 AI retains the right to use generalized learnings and non-proprietary methods in future work.

5. Limitation of Liability

Layer7 AI's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, including loss of profits or data.
