Consulting & Strategy

Fees for consulting and strategy sessions are non-refundable once the session has been delivered. If a session is cancelled with at least 48 hours notice, we will reschedule at no cost.

Custom Development Projects

For custom AI development projects, a phased payment structure applies. Each phase is billed upon completion of milestones. Refunds for completed phases are not available; however, unused phases may be cancelled with written notice.

Subscription Services

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. You will retain access to paid services through the end of the billing period. No partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.

Dissatisfaction

If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue — whether through revision, alternative solutions, or fair partial refunds on a case-by-case basis.
